Training of Pre & Post Examination Staff

Teachers are the backbone of any examination system, and their training is often overlooked. At GAES, we believe that students have rights in the examination hall, including the right to a fair, peaceful, and distraction-free environment. Our teacher training programs focus not only on academic content but on the conduct of examinations: how to create a stress-free testing environment, how to manage exam logistics, and how to ensure fairness for every student.

Additionally, we provide specialized training on paper marking schemes. Examiners are trained on the exact criteria, rubrics, and standards used in board-level marking. This results in accurate, consistent, and unbiased evaluation, because when markers are trained properly, students receive the grades they truly deserve.
